    *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

    * Monitor daily activities of the 6-person department, directing policies and procedures

    * Input and close sales contracts

    * Balance of certain JE's

    * Pay all loss buyers and realtors fees

    * Work with/assist mortgage and title for closings of sale as necessary

    *Supervisory Responsibilities*

    Directly supervises two or more employees in Contract Administration. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    *Education and/or Experience*

    * Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to six years related experience and/or training in real estate sales management or escrow management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    * Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and escrow closing process required.

    * Strong computer skills required.

    * JD Edwards skills preferred.
