Overview
As a Digital Business Product Owner (Product Manager) for Field Insights and Technology, you will be a critical bridge between our field operations business stakeholders and our Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) product delivery teams.
In this role, you will partner with a Technical Product Owner to manage a medium-sized collection of existing or new enterprise/ custom technology products affecting multiple departments.
You will be responsible for collaborating to define the vision, product strategy, and roadmaps for a portfolio of products within our field-facing technology ecosystem, ensuring that these tools and platforms effectively support and enhance restaurant operations. You will champion the business outcomes and technology needs of Staff and our restaurant Operators and Team Members, translating their needs into actionable product requirements and priorities with our technical teams, inclusive of process, data, analytics and software.

Responsibilities
+ Vision & Strategy:Partner to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for a collection of products within the field operations technology ecosystem, aligned with overall business objectives.
+ Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with field operations stakeholders, including restaurant Operators, Team Members, and regional leadership.
+ Continuous Discovery:Proactively gather and analyze user needs, market trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
+ Roadmap Development:Create and maintain prioritized product roadmaps, outlining key initiatives and timelines for delivery.
+ Business Requirements:Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements, ensuring that these needs are effectively communicated to the DTT product teams.
+ Collaboration, Team Rhythms & Role Clarity:Establish clear rhythms and ensure role clarity within the product team. Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new features and products.
+ Program Reporting & Risk:Provide regular program reporting, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure successful product delivery.
+ Test Plans & Business Validation:Create and oversee test plans to ensure thorough business validation of new features and products.
+ Communication & Roll Out:Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.
+ Resource and Budget Management:Manage resource allocation and budget requests, ensuring optimal utilization and tracking of performance against financial targets.
+ Process, Data, Insights:Identify and champion the need for process improvements, improved data and analytics, and actionable insights to drive business outcomes and product decisions.
+ Migration Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive migration plans for new technology deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to restaurant operations.
+ Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
+ External Partner Guidance:Provide guidance and directions to external partners involved in the development and implementation of field operations technology.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM
+ 6+ years of experience
+ Previous experience in digital product management
+ Expertise in agile development
+ High technology acumen and systems thinking mindset
+ Cross-functional leadership and strategic influence
