Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Associate to join our first shift team. This role focuses on inventory management, accurate documentation, and clear communication with leadership to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
+ Service and/or deliver products to maintain customer satisfaction.
+ Scan and download products the same day and service according to customer needs.
+ Make changes to schematics to ensure the bin management system is properly maintained.
+ Promptly and accurately write up credits.
+ Document and problem-solve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
+ Keep appropriate team members informed about any customer issues.
+ Complete CMSP notes within the same business week.
+ Assist and maintain the setup of bin management systems as needed.
+ Perform daily inventory counts, cycle audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
+ Maintain accurate records and notes on stock movement, damages, and adjustments.
+ Communicate inventory status and issues to management and team leads.
+ Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
+ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound delivery.
+ Operate warehouse equipment safely.
+ Assist with general warehouse upkeep and organization.
+ All other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills

+ Verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to follow through on project completion.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1+ years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
+ Familiarity with inventory systems or WMS is a plus.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
+ Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.

Work Environment
This role operates in a customer manufacturing environment where employees may routinely use equipment such as scanners, forklifts, utility knives, ladders, machinery, and tape guns. The environment may include exposure to bright lighting, blue light, repetitive low to mid volume sounds, warm and cool temperatures, and various metals.

This is a Contract position based out of Kennesaw, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
