Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for performing various duties related to the cleaning, maintenance, and repair tasks for properties. You will be diagnosing and resolving diverse issues within complex environments, including tasks like repairing air conditioning systems, fixing electrical switches, unclogging drains, checking fluid levels, and replacing machine parts. Regular preventative maintenance activities are crucial to ensure the buildings remain functional and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

+ Perform cleaning, coloring, and maintenance tasks for properties.

+ Diagnose and solve problems in a complex environment.

+ Repair air conditioning systems and electrical switches.

+ Unclog drains and check fluid levels.

+ Replace machine parts as needed.

+ Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or utility work.

+ Background in maintenance preferred.

+ Expertise in preventive maintenance and boiler maintenance.

+ Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on HVAC systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to replace filters and maintain heating systems.

+ Skill in fixing leaks and diagnosing problems.

+ Capability to paint walls and perform basic carpentry tasks.

+ Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.

+ Physical fitness to manage demanding tasks.

+ Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.

+ High attention to detail and good communication skills.

+ Ability to follow precise instructions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr.
