Job Title: Service Technician

Job Type: Contract to Hire (6 Months)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $24.00 – $27.00/hour

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Summerville, SC. As the face of our company, you’ll deliver top-tier service and technical expertise to our clients. Key Responsibilities

+ Perform service calls for HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical maintenance on construction trailers.

+ Repair window leaks, floors, windows, doors, and replace refrigerants.

+ Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repairs and services both in person and over the phone.

+ Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety standards.

Required Skills

+ Proficiency in HVAC systems, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical maintenance.

+ Experience with general repairs including tiling, painting, carpet installation, and power washing.

+ Strong communication and customer service skills.

+ Safety-conscious and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

+ EPA Certification (a plus)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
