Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Manager

Job Description

This company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage a team responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of a facility. This working manager role requires experience in facilities management within hotels, apartments, hospitals, casinos, or similar environments. The role involves supervising maintenance and HVAC team members, conducting payroll and performance reviews, and participating in daily morning meetings to plan the day's tasks. The manager will handle various responsibilities, including waste water treatment, geothermal heating, HVAC, electrical, and environmental services. The company offers training for certain aspects of the job if needed, with an estimated training period of one year or longer to become fully proficient.

Responsibilities

+ Supervise a team of maintenance and HVAC members.

+ Conduct payroll and performance reviews.

+ Participate in daily morning meetings to plan and prioritize tasks.

+ Oversee waste water treatment and geothermal heating systems.

+ Manage HVAC, electrical, and environmental services.

+ Provide leadership and direction to the team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
