Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Associate to join our team in the production of high-quality metal medical devices. In this role, you will be responsible for deburring and finishing metal components to meet strict medical-grade standards. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a commitment to precision.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform deburring, polishing, and finishing of metal medical components using hand tools and equipment

+ Inspect parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in manufacturing or metal finishing preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

+ Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical drawings

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment

+ High school diploma or equivalent

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
