Job Title: Carpenter
Job Description
A Carpenter is responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial structures and fixtures. While primarily using wood, you will also work with other materials such as steel and concrete.
Responsibilities
Installation of doors; drill and set door hardware
Installation of windows
Layout for stairs and common rafters
Read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills and perform layout
Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns
Pump, place and finish techniques
Placement of concrete, slab on grade and elevated decks
Crane signals and rigging
Effectively communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions
Ability to organize, sequence and perform assigned tasks within schedule
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in construction and carpentry.
+ Experience with framing and concrete work.
+ Ability to perform finish carpentry and drywall tasks.
+ Knowledge of commercial construction processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $60000.00/yr.
