As enterprises embrace hybrid work and distributed teams, the Senior Windows Endpoint Engineer plays a pivotal role in securing, stabilizing, and optimizing Windows-based endpoints across the organization. This role combines strategic foresight with deep technical expertise to ensure every device is compliant, high-performing, and resilient—empowering the workforce while safeguarding the infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

+ Plans and implements new technologies and major releases for critical enterprise-wide IT platform projects. Designs and deploys platforms aligned with business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving performance issues.

+ Provides expert-level technical support and ensures reliable operation of production systems. Diagnoses and resolves the most complex hardware and software issues across multiple platforms.

+ Develops technical standards, evaluates vendor products, and recommends new technologies and vendor selections.

+ Elevates code through development, test, and production environments. Provides production support and manages change control documentation.

+ Understands client business functions and requirements, selecting the right technical tools to meet their needs.

+ Trains and mentors junior staff, resolves escalated issues, and maintains comprehensive technical documentation.

+ Administers system activities and contributes to deliverables through systems analysis, including requirements gathering and design.

+ Participates in strategic initiatives and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

+ 5+ years of experience in Windows engineering or endpoint management roles.

+ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

+ Familiarity with identity and security tools.
