Job Title: Startup Technician

Job Description

This role involves performing start-up and commissioning services for medium to large-sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems.

Responsibilities

+ Perform start-up and commissioning services for heating and cooling systems.

+ Troubleshoot and install HVAC systems.

+ Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet client specifications.

+ Work independently to complete tasks.

+ Maintain a clean driving record to be eligible for the company vehicle.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of experience in the HVAC trade.

+ Knowledge of construction, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

+ Troubleshooting and installation skills.

+ Ability to work independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ JM or Master's License is preferred.

+ Clean driving record.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm, with rare weekend work. Projects are based within 60 miles of the RVA area.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henrico, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
