Job Title: Shop Laborer

Job Description

+ We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in various areas of our shop.

+ Tasks may include grinding, sand blasting, brazing, or painting.

+ The work environment may require standing or sitting, depending on the day's needs.

+ It is essential to focus on the job and avoid using your phone on the production floor during the shift.

Responsibilities

+ Perform grinding, sand blasting, brazing, and painting tasks as needed.

+ Assist in general labor duties including janitorial tasks and assembly.

+ Utilize hand tools and mechanical skills for production tasks.

+ Operate a forklift when necessary.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to read blueprints and use calipers is advantageous but not required.

+ A positive attitude and willingness to assist in various tasks are crucial.

Work Environment

+ Work in a small machine shop during the day shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
