    Job Title: Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic

     

    Pay: $26-35/hr.

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Field Mechanic who will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, and repairing a variety of equipment. This role involves a mix of electrical and mechanical installations and repairs. The ideal candidate will have the ability to install electronic equipment, troubleshoot issues effectively, and perform preventative maintenance and inspections on existing equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with heavy equipment.

    + Perform mechanical and electrical installations and repairs.

    + Install and maintain electronic equipment.

    + Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on existing equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems.

    + Experience with heavy equipment mechanical repair.

    + Skilled in electrical repair and installation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Any education and/or certifications related to the mechanic/maintenance industry are a bonus.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is primarily field-based, requiring nationwide travel. Expect to be on the road for 6-8 weeks at a time, with 90% of the role involving travel. You will drive a company vehicle and work primarily during the day, though some late afternoons may be required depending on client schedules.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $72800.00/yr.

     

    PTO after 90 days ; company offers medical, dental, vision, & 401k. Yearly pay reviews
