•** **_Rotating Schedule (3 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off)_

•** **_Training on Day Shift (M–F)_

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Maintenance Technician** to join our team and support the operation and upkeep of our molding and packaging equipment. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

+ Maintain and service a variety of molding and packaging equipment, including

+ Extrusion Blow Molding machines

+ Stretch Blow Molding machines

+ Injection Molding machines

+ Packaging systems

+ Automated Palletizers

+ Install and set up new machinery and equipment

+ Perform mechanical and electrical layout and modifications

+ Conduct routine preventive maintenance and modifications

+ Troubleshoot and repair molding machines independently

What You Bring

+ 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or an Associate’s in Industrial Maintenance

+ 1+ year of troubleshooting experience

+ Skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, or pneumatics

+ Ability to read blueprints and work 12-hour shifts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
