    Job Description

    As a refrigeration manager, you will play a pivotal role in our large-scale food manufacturing plant, specializing in the processing of bacon and hot dogs. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to providing concept-to-table solutions that delight consumers worldwide.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee the refrigeration systems within the food manufacturing plant.

    + Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to, maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of refrigeration equipment.

    + Collaborate with other food processors to optimize product processing.

    + Implement industrial refrigeration practices to support the plant's operational needs.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven expertise in refrigeration systems management.

    + Experience in industrial preventive maintenance.

    + Strong understanding of food processing standards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Open to relocation for the right candidate.

    + Relevant certifications in refrigeration or industrial maintenance are advantageous.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is within a food manufacturing setting that is cold and focused on food processing. This role is predominantly during the 1st shift, Monday through Friday.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
