    Job Title: Warehouse Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Las Vegas. This role is responsible for managing warehouse staff, coordinating shipments (both domestic and international), optimizing shipping software and processes, and ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and lead all warehouse personnel, ensuring productivity, safety, and accuracy.

    + Plan, coordinate, and oversee all inbound and outbound shipments, including international logistics and customs compliance.

    + Manage and optimize shipping software and global logistics processes.

    + Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and controls.

    + Ensure warehouse layout and organization promotes efficiency and safety.

    + Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

    + Implement and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

    + Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and support scaling initiatives.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in warehouse or logistics management.

    + Leadership and team management skills.

    + Experience with international and global shipping logistics is required.

    + Proficiency with shipping and inventory management software (e.g., ShipStation, NetSuite, etc.).

    + Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Forklift certification is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    Located in Las Vegas, NV, the warehouse operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
