Job Description Summary
The Systems Analyst is responsible for support of Incidents within the Colleague Solutions team with a focus on the Workday Application.
+ Monitor support queues and provide application support for Workday.
+ Review of incident data to ensure the completeness and quality of the information collected
+ Clearly and concisely communicate with management on support issues.
+ Documentation of and revision to existing processes, with the end goal of improving quality of services offered to customers by technology teams
+ Update Documentation for Colleague Solutions Applications.
+ Research metrics for root cause.
+ Partner with Development team on remediation of Vulnerabilities
+ Provides direction and training to other team members.
+ Maintain CMDB for Colleague Solutions by working with Application Owners and Technology Partners.
+ Additional project and process improvements as needed.
+ Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
+ 1 or more years of analyst and/or IT experience with HCM Applications
+ Experience with MS Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
+ Intermediate IT troubleshooting knowledge and ability to solve issues in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications:
+ SQL
+ Databases
+ Data Modeling Tools
+ ServiceNow
+ Workday
+ Knowledge of the creation and maintenance of SharePoint Sites
+ Excellent communications skills; written and verbal.
+ Ability to interpret data and communicate results effectively
+ Experience with programming languages and software development
+ Intermediate database skills, including working with data sets and pivot tables
+ Flexible, accurate, highly organized, and pays attention to detail
+ Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
+ Ability to work independently and efficiently
