    At Friendly Honda we have an opportunity for an Automotive Customer Sales BDC Manager who will be responsible for the supervision of the sales BDC consultant, and is responsible for the following but not limited to: Managing the BDC consultants, ensure that the department metrics and goals are met in relation to customer engagement, appointments set, appointments show and sold.

    Responsibilities:

    + Ensure that all internet and phone leads are followed up with until completion of sale

    + Assist in the training of BDC Consultants as it relates to understanding and achieving the dealership's goals

    + Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary

    + Measure and maintain performance levels set by the dealership

    + Compile necessary reports on a timely basis

    + Manage BDC employee schedules and time clock reporting for payroll

    + Measure, monitor and report all shows and sale (delivered) deals by the BDC Consultants for commissions and bonus

    + Hiring, evaluating, managing, counseling, disciplining and terminating of BDC personnel

    + Be proficient with a CRM and Lead Management Tools

    + Be knowledgeable about sales processes and be willing to make recommendations for improvement

    Requirements:

    + Previous dealership experience preferred

    + Competitive and self-motivated team player that thrives on goals

    + Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales call volume and internet leads

    + Enthusiastic personality with flexible availability

    + CRM, Internet, Outlook Email, MS Word and Excel knowledge
