TITLE: Compliance Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY: The Compliance Specialist contributes to the success of the company in attaining maximum growth while minimizing loss. The Compliance Specialist ensures policies and procedures are being followed in the Loan Servicing department as outlined by Arivo’s Policy Manual as well as state and federal regulations. This position also ensures our Loan Servicing employees are providing an optimal level of service to our customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Provide quality audits on all Loan Servicing employees (Collections, Communications, Customer Service, and Recovery) on a regular basis

+ Must be non-biased when performing agent evaluations/observations

+ Maintain confidentiality of all agent evaluations, observations, and issues

+ Evaluate adherence to policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

+ Evaluate call handling and customer service

+ Track, analyze, and report to leadership qualitative and quantitative feedback for all Loan Servicing employees, identify coaching opportunities and trending issues

+ Research, analyze, and provide feedback to Loan Servicing management and CCO on call handling complaints

+ Remain current on policies and procedures for all operations

+ Other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

QUALIFICATIONS

+ 3-5 years’ experience in Collections – preferably subprime, auto collections

+ Excellent verbal and written communication ability

+ Detail and process oriented

+ Ability to work independently
