    About the Role

    We're hiring Reimbursement Case Managers to support patients and healthcare professionals in navigating complex insurance systems and benefit programs. This role is ideal for those passionate about improving access to care, solving reimbursement challenges, and being a trusted resource in healthcare coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Serve as an expert in reimbursement, co-pay assistance, and benefit coordination.

    + Explain insurance coverage and support options across all payer types (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DOD).

    + Manage insurance benefit investigations and triage referrals.

    + Resolve payer-related challenges by asking critical questions and applying program knowledge.

    + Escalate complex cases following program SOPs and policies.

    + Support prior authorization and appeals processes.

    + Maintain documentation in the case management system and ensure data accuracy.

    + Identify and report pharmacovigilance concerns (e.g., Adverse Events) per client protocols.

    + Partner with program managers to share insights, feedback, and patient status updates.

    + Deliver outstanding customer service while upholding brand and program values.

    + Protect confidential data and adhere to training and compliance requirements.

    Qualifications

    Education & ExperienceRequirements

     

    PreferredAssociate/Bachelor’s degree + 2 years in reimbursement, insurance, healthcare billing, or health insurance

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45760.00/yr.
