    What You’ll Do

    As a Reimbursement Case Manager, you’ll be a key player in ensuring patients receive the support they need by:

    + Serving as a subject matter expert on reimbursement, co-pay, and foundation assistance

    + Verifying insurance coverage and benefits across all payer types (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DoD)

    + Navigating payer challenges and escalating complex cases as needed

    + Supporting patients and healthcare providers with benefit coordination and access to complex pharmaceuticals

    + Conducting benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals support

    + Maintaining accurate case documentation and ensuring compliance with SOPs and program guidelines

    + Identifying and reporting pharmacovigilance information (e.g., Adverse Events)

    + Collaborating with Program Managers and internal teams to ensure quality outcomes

    + Providing exceptional customer service while acting as a brand and program ambassador

    What You Bring

    + Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Experience: 2+ years in reimbursement, insurance, healthcare billing, or related fields

    + – OR – High school diploma/equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience

    + Skills:

    + Insurance verification & benefit investigation

    + Prior authorization & case management

    + Medicare Part D knowledge

    + Pharmaceutical insurance processes

    + Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

    + High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality

    Location & Schedule

    + Morrisville, NC – On-site training required, with remote flexibility afterward

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45760.00/yr.
