    The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms to support the brand visibility, lead generation, and census growth objectives of Britelife Recovery. This role supports the implementation of advertising strategies that align with program offerings, regional needs, and compliance requirements, while maintaining a focus on performance metrics and budget efficiency.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Campaign Execution

    • Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant digital platforms.

    • Create and test ad copy, headlines, and creative assets in alignment with brand and clinical guidelines.

    • Implement targeting strategies based on demographics, geolocation, and behavioral data.

    • Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure campaigns are tracking toward defined goals.

    Optimization & Performance

    • Adjust bids, budgets, and creative based on real-time performance data.

    • Conduct A/B testing on ad variations, audience segments, and landing pages.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure landing pages are aligned with ad content and optimized for conversion.

    Reporting & Analysis

    • Generate weekly and monthly reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations.

    • Track campaign ROI and conversion quality in coordination with admissions and marketing leadership.

    • Use Google Analytics to measure full-funnel performance.

    Compliance & Brand Integrity

    • Ensure all paid media content complies with HIPAA regulations, advertising platform policies, and Britelife Recovery brand standards.

    • Regularly review ad content and target for appropriateness in behavioral health and mental health advertising contexts.

    Collaboration & Coordination

    • Work closely with the SEO, content, admissions, and leadership teams to align digital strategy with census goals.

    • Supports broader marketing initiatives, launches, and campaigns as needed.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • 3–5 years of direct experience managing PPC campaigns with measurable results.

    • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms.

    • Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding methods, remarketing, and campaign attribution.

    • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking required.

    • Ability to synthesize performance data and communicate insights effectively.

    • Previous experience in behavioral healthcare or a highly regulated industry is preferred.

    Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions:

    Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

     

    Ability to walk up and down stairs during emergency drills or situations.

     

    Has no mental, nervous, organic, or functional disease or psychiatric disorder likely to interfere with his/her ability to drive safely (I.E. holding a medical marijuana card.)

    Hours of Employment:

    While some minor flexibility in service provision is possible, employee will work agreed upon shift schedule. Shift schedules will be signed off upon by employee and supervisor, and will remain in place unless a new schedule is agreed upon and subsequently signed off upon as well.
