Position Summary** **:
As an Operations Coordinator you will provide administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. May coordinate messages, appointments, and information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail. Research and compile word processing assignments.
Essential Functions:
+ Handles incoming calls and email requests coming into the scheduling lines, transcribing the detailed information required for scheduling services
+ Coordinates all reception activities including welcoming on-site visitors, determining nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel Acts as gatekeeper to ensure that only authorized persons are allowed to enter NuVasive offices
+ Provides project or program support, including but not limited to: budget planning, budget tracking, PO creation and vendor management
+ Research updates and company changes for dissemination to the team they support
+ Creates documents, spreadsheets and presentations in a timely and accurate fashion
+ Handles all event logistics, including booking rooms, choosing vendors, inviting guests and booking travel arrangements as necessary
+ Maintains lobby and mail room organization while also managing office equipment, printing materials, desktops, and any other Office assets allocated to team
+ Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies
+ Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
+ Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:
+ Time management and organizational skills
+ Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to work confidentially
+ Professionalism, organization and problem-solving skills
+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, document management software and ability to navigating the Internet
+ Strong interpersonal and relational skills
+ Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
