Millennium Lighting is now hiring for an exciting opportunity as a **Sales Operations Coordinator** ! The Sales job family merchandises, promotes and sells the company's products, and services to customers. General areas of responsibility include developing and implementing sales strategies; identifying potential customers; managing existing customer and vendor relationships; and monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

+ Respond to emails and phone calls regarding Millennium Lighting and RP Lighting orders and concerns

+ Resolution via email, order entry or phone call

+ Using multiple systems to enter orders, while obtaining resolutions

+ Identify and assess customer needs to provide tailored assistance and resolve issues effectively

+ Assisting with other methods or line of business according to the business needs

+ Performing according to the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of the business

+ Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries

+ Collaborating with ither departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

+ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always

+ Knowledge of products to allow us to effectively answer our customers questions

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

+ Prior call center experience with inbound and outbound calls along with responding to emails effectively is preferred

+ Industry experience is a plus

+ Demonstrated ability to act with compassion and empathy

+ Ability to maintain a high level of professional communication at all levels

+ Able to handle multiple systems at once to gain an effective resolution for our customers
