    We are seeking a **Bioanalytical Study Lead** to join IQVIA Laboratories in Indianapolis, IN in a hybrid position.

    As a **Bioanalytical Study Lead** , you will be the primary point of contact for our external customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to IQVIA scientific standards.

    What you’ll be doing:

    + Overseeing and conducting projects from method development to sample analysis.

    + Serving as Principal Investigator for GLP studies.

    + Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and maintaining communication with customers.

    + Reviewing validation and bioanalytical reports for completeness.

    + Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to management.

    + Preparing validation and sample analysis plans.

    + Reviewing data for regulatory compliance and scientific quality.

    + Conducting thorough investigations of failed runs and organizing troubleshooting investigations.

    + Coordinating customer visits and preparing data for external presentations.

    What we are looking for:

    + Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific field.

    + 3 years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

    + Understanding of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry or in vitro and immunoassay techniques. (LBA - ligand binding assays)

    + Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

    The knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for this role:

    + Ability to achieve results through collaborative efforts with others.

    + Experienced in sample extraction and routine laboratory procedures.

    + Understanding of method development and validation of assays.

    + Experience with LBA - ligand binding assays.

    + Ability to interact with external and internal clients and work to objectives/timelines.

    The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,000.00 - $129,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
