    The Program

     

    The Senior Presidential Associate (SrPA) Program is part of the CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, two-year rotational program specially designed for masters program graduates who have between one and four years of full-time professional work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies. This leadership development program integrates customized professional rotations, continuous leadership development, coaching, mentoring, hands-on practical experience, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to optimize talent and build business acumen and capability. It capitalizes on the participants' creativity, learning agility and innovation to create bespoke, high-touch experiences that will accelerate career growth.

     

    Consistent with our approach as a strengths-based learning organization, you will be offered a series of diverse rotations, where you will gain extensive company and industry insights. Each rotation exposes participants to new disciplines while exploring new areas of the business that apply both professional and academic experience.     Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    + Master’s Degree

    + Minimum 1-4 years of full-time work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies with a demonstrated record of achievement

    + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and influence others

    + Strong project management skills, flexibility and business acumen.
