    Reliability Leadership & Compliance

+ Lead reliability initiatives to improve equipment uptime, reduce reactive maintenance, and enhance operational performance. Support audits and compliance efforts by ensuring procedures, documentation, and data meet internal and client standards

Maintenance Strategy & Root Cause Analysis

+ Support maintenance strategy reviews and optimization efforts to align with industry best practices. Assist in root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring failures. Conduct failure mode analyses and contributes to asset criticality assessments to guide maintenance priorities

    Capital Planning & Cost Optimization

+ Support capital planning with data-driven insights on asset condition, lifecycle risk, and performance trends, applying maintenance expertise to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize investment decisions

    Additional Responsibilities & Operational Support

+ Performs any other duties as deemed necessary by the Operations and CI&R leadership

    Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Engineering (preferably Reliability, Industrial, or a related discipline) from an accredited college or university; or 5 to 7 years of relevant engineering experience and/or specialized training in reliability or industrial engineering; or an equivalent combination of education and practical engineering experience

+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in applying the concepts of Continuous Improvement (Lean/SixSigma) in a manufacturing facility and or commercial office maintenance environment

+ CMMS platform experience required, Corrigo preferred

+ Ability to quickly understand and apply technical concepts

+ Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and self-management skills

+ Proactive and able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple deadlines
