    Job Title: Laboratory Technician

    **Schedule:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (initial); rotating days off; flexibility required

    **Type:** Contract

    Qualifications:

    + **Required:** High school diploma or equivalent

    + **Preferred:** Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field

    + **Experience:** Prior lab or materials handling experience **strongly preferred**

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform **washing, wrapping, and sterilization** of lab equipment

    + Load/unload **autoclaves** and handle decontamination of waste

    + Maintain accurate records (charts, logs, documentation)

    + Clean work areas in accordance with GMP and SOP standards

    + Operate equipment and handle routine lab setups

    + Work safely with **hazardous materials** (e.g., isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, phenolic disinfectants, oxidizers)

    Additional Details:

    + Must adhere to **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and all company safety policies

    + Report any **non-routine events** or anomalies during task execution

    + Department operates **7 days a week** – flexibility for rotating shifts and potential schedule changes is essential
