    **Pay:** $50k-$54k

    **Schedule:** 1 st shift- M-F w/ OT on Saturdays

    **Type of Job:** Direct Hire

    **Location** : (Onsite- South Holland)

    **Production Supervisor Daily Tasks** : What you will do:

    + Lead or support a team of production employees in daily operations

    + Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and customer demand

    + Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods

    + Coordinate routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting

    + Ensure all safety protocols and GMP standards are strictly followed

    + Maintain detailed production and inventory records

    + Identify and resolve process inefficiencies

    + Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members

    + Collaborate with quality, warehouse, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations

    + Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing stress while maintaining a focus on quality and results

    Production Supervisor Qualifications/Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

    + Prior leadership experience preferred, or proven ability to step into a lead role

    + 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably personal care, cosmetics, or related industry

    + Strong understanding of production scheduling, inventory control, and equipment use

    + Comfortable managing people, process, and performance

    + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

    + Ability to work under pressure to meet tight production deadlines
