    Job Summary:

    1. Prepares juice for a.m. shift

    2. Wash pots, pans and utensils.

    3. When dirty dishes, etc. arrive from various floors, wash all dishes.

    4. grill, kettle and slicing machine, if dirty.

    5. Approximately 5:00p.m. make-up coffee.

    6. Wash pots, pans and utensils

    7. Approximately 5:15 p.m. pour coffee and hot water

    8. When ready take food trucks to each floor* (check tray for correct floor)

    9. Approximately (5:45-6:15 p.m.) dinner break.

    10. Bring food trucks back to kitchen from each floor, wash all dishes.

    11. Empty and clean out dishwasher.

    12. Wash remaining pots, pans and utensils.

    13. Sweep and scrub kitchen floor.

    14. Throw out all garbage - change bags.

    15. Turn off all lights, lock all doors.
