Right now, we are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team at our Kingsport, Tennessee site. As a Principal level Quality Analyst you will:

+ Serve as a Quality Assurance Representative for a family of products

+ Ensure compliance to Product Specifications, Contractual Requirements, Data Deliverables, and QMS requirements

+ Perform product audits and surveillance

+ Coordinate/lead product investigations and customer complaints to determine root cause, corrective actions and preventative actions

+ Perform data entry into government data systems

+ Generate all corresponding quality documents for release of product to the customer

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Bachelor's Degree and 6 years related work experience

+ Working knowledge in quality processes, procedures, and requirements

+ Experience performing root cause analysis investigations

+ Excellent problem solving skills and analytical skills

+ Highly effective communication written and verbal skills

+ Ability to communicate information and data via presentations

+ Computer literacy in MS Office and industry-related software

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Masters and 4 years related work experience

+ One of the following: ASQ Certification as a Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, company-sponsored Quality Certification, or demonstration of skills through past performance

+ High proficiency in Quality tools and principles

+ DoD industry experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81336 - $138271

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
