    Salary- 185k-195k/yr

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly experienced **Systems Engineer** to support enterprise IT infrastructure projects with a focus on **network engineering** and **NetScaler proxy services** . This role is best suited for professionals with a strong background in core networking protocols, system integration, and virtual desktop infrastructure.

    Required Education, Experience & Skills

    + **Minimum 11 years of IT experience** with a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** —OR— **13 years of IT experience** without a degree

    + Expertise in the following network protocols and services:

    + **DNS** , **DHCP** , **ARP** , **TCP/UDP**

    + **IP Subnetting** , **NAT** , **vLANs** , **Service Ports**

    + Hands-on experience with **NetScaler proxy services**

    + Advanced knowledge of **OSI layers** and how they apply to network troubleshooting and design

    Preferred Education, Certifications & Skills

    + **Master’s degree** in Programming, Computer Science, or related field

    + Experience with **Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)**

    + **Network+** or equivalent network certification

    + Knowledge and hands-on experience with:

    + **Server Load Balancing (SLB)**

    + **Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB)**
