+ Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students in classroom settings

+ Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and specialists to implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

+ Use positive reinforcement and trauma-informed strategies to guide student behavior

+ Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and academic tasks

+ Track student progress and contribute to team meetings

+ Be a calm, consistent, and encouraging presence every day

? What We’re Looking For:

+ Experience working with children or youth (school, camp, childcare, etc.)

+ Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility

+ Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet

+ High school diploma or equivalent (AA or BA in education, psychology, or related field a plus)

+ Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
