_Behavior Analyst Responsibilities_

+ Conduct **Functional Behavior Assessments** (FBAs).

+ Develop and implement **Behavior Intervention Plans.**

+ Create **individualized treatment plans** to help learners grow.

+ Provide **training and support** to caregivers and staff.

+ Work in **center, home, community, and clinical settings** .

_Qualifications Needed_

+ **_Master’s Degree / Certification_** _in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field._

+ **_BCBA Certification_** _&_ **_LABA License (Required)._**

+ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

+ A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.

+ Passion for helping individuals thrive.

+ Interpersonal communications with diverse demographics.
