    Speech/Language Pathologist

    + Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.

    + Review medical records, test and evaluate individuals served and develop therapy treatment plans along with intervention strategies and tools.

    + Instruct individuals we serve, family members, and primary caregivers to insure the maintenance of or to achieve the ideal functioning level for each person served.

    + Collaborate and participate with an interdisciplinary team.

    _Qualifications:_

    + Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Communication Disorders)

    + Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology OR pursuing CCCs as a Clinical Fellow

    + Hold current state license issued by Arkansas Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology

    + Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks

    + A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
