Praxis Health is seeking a dedicated, team-orientedInternal Medicine Physicianto join our highly respected, physician-led clinic in Eugene, Oregon. Rooted in community and driven by a passion for exceptional patient care, this full-spectrum primary care practice offers the best of both worlds: the clinical autonomy of private practice with the support and stability of a larger healthcare family.

Here, you’ll care for a diverse adult patient panel in a collaborative environment with strong referral relationships and robust support from experienced staff. Our providers enjoy a 100% outpatient model with no hospital responsibilities, giving you time to focus on what matters most—developing long-term relationships with your patients and making a lasting impact on their health and lives.

Benefit Highlights:

+ Compensation:

+ 12-month salary guarantee with practice ramp up: $270,000

+ Salary range of established physicians: $270,000 - $380,000/yr

+ $75,000 Loan Repayment Assistance

+ Up to $30,000 Sign-on bonus/ $15,000 Relocation

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

+ Highly-engaged MD/DO physician

+ Open to all experience levels

+ Prefer 3 or more years of experience

+ Board Certification/ Board Eligible and Residency trained in Internal or Family Medicine

+ Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients

+ Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics

+ Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications

+ In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Respect for patient's confidentiality

+ Compassionate and approachable

+ Responsible and trustworthy

+ Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements

+ While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

+ The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.

+ The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
