Title: **Assembler (A Shift)**

Your Impact:

As a valued team member, you'll help create quality products while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

+ Set up and operate a variety of assembly equipment, including small hydraulic presses, staking machines, drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.

+ Rotate between work cells as directed by your Supervisor or Cell Leader, ensuring smooth production flow.

+ Pack finished products carefully to ensure they’re ready for shipment.

+ Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe at all times.

+ Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team.

+ Follow established quality standards to ensure every product meets expectations.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who can bring the following skills and experience to the role:

+ Proficient English reading and writing skills, including the ability to understand MSDS sheets and work instructions. A High School Diploma/GED is preferred.

+ At least 1 year of experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.

+ Strong manual dexterity and mechanical skills.

+ Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools, as well as measuring devices.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves the following physical activities:

+ Regularly lifting up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

+ Bending at the waist and working in a standing position for extended periods.

+ Moving around on foot to complete various tasks.

Hours:

+ **A Shift:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

+ **B Shift:** 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Pay Range

The salary range for this position in local currency is $19.50hr
