    Key Responsibilities:

    + Partner with show tour managers to support merchandise count in/out and event settlements upwards of 100K+ in merchandise.

    + Help distribute concert merchandise to the various selling locations.

    + Ensure all stands are ready to go, stocked with supplies, and open on time.

    + Provide warm, friendly service to every guest and encourage the same from team members.

    + Support team members during shifts, offering guidance and assisting with onboarding when needed.

    + Provide consignment paperwork to finance department

    + Communicate with venue management on retail planning/expectations for each event execution.

    + Serve as a point of contact for questions and support during events.

    + Help assign tasks, check in on progress, and offer coaching as needed.

    + Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed.

    + Share feedback with leadership on team performance, challenges, and areas where support is needed.

    + Provide occasional support to Team LA Store Supervisors during Lakers and Kings games.

    + Assist with inventory tracking and restocking as needed.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience in retail or event operations is a plus.

    + Math skills a plus.

    + A team-oriented mindset with some leadership or supervisory experience.

    + Strong communication and organizational skills.

    + A guest-first approach to service.

    + Comfortable working in a lively, fast-moving environment.

    + Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays and long hours.
