    Part-Time Van Driver – First Student (Richmond, VA)

     

    Looking for a rewarding part-time job with a purpose? First Student is hiring **Van Drivers** in **Richmond, VA** to safely transport students to and from school.

    What We Offer:

    + $17.50 per hour starting pay

    + Guaranteed 6 hours per day (split AM/PM schedule)

    What You’ll Do:

    + Safely transport students to and from school and activities

    + Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

    + Ensure student safety while boarding, riding, and exiting the van

    + Maintain positive, professional communication with students, families, and staff

    What You’ll Need:

    + Must be at least 21 years old

    + Valid standard driver’s license (No CDL required)

    + Minimum of 3 years licensed driving experience

    + Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

    + A commitment to safety and reliability
