Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando. Serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America. AdventHealth Orlando houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country. We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year

Job Summary:

**The Project Manager** Strategic Planning is an integral member of the Planning and Development team and interfaces with various departments to facilitate the development of strategies designed to advance the organization's strategic agenda. Supports the annual planning cycle in addition to other projects as assigned. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

You Will Be Responsible For:

+ Drives project management and execution of deliverables associated with the annual planning cycle, strategy development and other ad hoc activities.

+ Supports other strategic planning activities outside of the annual cycle as needed/assigned.

+ Manages the tracking of strategic and operational plans, oversees reporting processes/procedures, develops and executes action plan(s) to ensure consistent tracking and reporting.

+ Conducts continuous assessment of strategic planning process; creatively and innovatively improves and refines processes and activities.

+ Prepares all necessary materials, presentations, etc. required for successful execution of strategic planning activities and events.

+ Organizes deliverables/strategic plans into communication-ready formats.

+ Conducts research and provides analytical support.

+ Works collaboratively and facilitates workflows with various stakeholders to maintain timely implementation of strategic planning activities and achieve intended outcomes.

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration or related field

+ 2-years of experience in healthcare or project management

+ Organizational, logical and creative thinking, and problem-solving skills

+ Strong research skills, detail-oriented, analytical

+ Advanced level computer knowledge, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other data bases

+ Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and procedures
