Job Description Summary
The Retail Program Manager will be responsible for the end to end delivery and the thought leadership behind the planning through execution of the client’s specific Interior Renovation program. Individual will be the primary relationship manager with their aligned client counterpart. Program Manager’s day-to-day focus will revolve around general program supervision, direct management of Team Leads and/or Project Managers to ensure the overall health of their program in key categories: client delivery targets, project delivery/milestones, client communication/reporting, risk mitigation, escalation and associated program KPI’s/metrics.

Essential Job Purpose & Functions:
The Retail Program Manager will lead their program team to effectively plan and execute against client goals and commitments, while maintaining routines, systems and processes to drive accuracy and consistency. Individual will continually evaluate and assess team and individual strengths and weaknesses with the goal of identifying program gaps, and developing high level talent. Client relationship development and management will be critical to both individual and program success. Program deliverable(s) must contemplate use across a remote and distributed field organization.
Duties to include:
+ Develop internal program goals in alignment with the client’s program delivery targets and requirements
+ Regular interface with internal and external clients to ensure successful delivery of project management services, project action plans are implemented, anticipate/respond to client needs, and generally act as a trusted advisor for their program
+ Conducting stakeholder meetings to communicate program status updates, successes, and challenges, identify, report, and manage risks
+ Team Leadership/management: effectively manage Team Leads and Project Managers in delivering high level execution & performance
+ Performance: Maintain program-specific KPI & SLA success metrics
+ Lead and direct program level routines to manage migration, project performance (budget & schedule) & ensure alignment on program challenges/successes
+ Act with fiduciary responsibility to client projects, including complete financial management of project: establish and manage project budgets, maintain monthly forecasts and cash flow analysis, prepare anticipated cost reports and any other reports as required by the client.
+ Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
+ Demonstrate competence in targeted project types and operate in complex, non-routine environment.
+ Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk (fee, our reputation, errors and omissions, etc.) with Retail Director.
+ Active management of PDS staff, including adherence to company policy/procedures, staffdevelopment, performance management, and team motivation. Convey and ensure adoption of policies and practices to the team.
Experience/Training/Education:
+ Demonstrated experience and proficiency in delivery of retail interior or financial center interior fit outs
+ Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
+ 10 or more years of related experience with two or more years of management experience required.
+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field
+ Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area.
+ Advanced project management skills with expertise in the project management business.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Highly organized with strong analytical skills
+ A proficient working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and processes as they relate to corporate real estate, design and construction
+ Software skills: Microsoft Office applications, MS Project
