Job Summary:

GE Aerospace is seeking a visionary leader to serve as Executive Leader / Vice President - Artificial Intelligence (AI). This role will define and execute the AI and data science strategy for commercial engine services, driving innovation and operational excellence. The Executive Leader/VP - AI will lead a high-performing team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the successful deployment of AI solutions to optimize service operations, reduce downtime, and enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and execute a vision for leveraging AI and data science to drive business outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term growth.

+ **Team Development:** Build and lead a high-performing data science team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop talent to ensure long-term success in AI initiatives.

+ **AI and Data Science Solutions:** Design and deploy machine learning algorithms to optimize service operations, reduce downtime, and drive adoption of AI tools across the organization.

+ **Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:** Partner with CX, CSA, Deal Factory, MRO operations, and DT teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows. Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored AI-driven solutions using iDNA.

+ **Innovation and Industry Leadership:** Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI and data science, representing GE Aerospace at industry events and conferences to showcase AI-driven commercial engine services.

+ Act as a practitioner and coach of **FLIGHT DECK** , GE Aerospace’s proprietary Lean Operating System, to accelerate the deployment of strategic capabilities and value to the business, and to drive standard work in the way in which critical data & technology outcomes are designed, delivered, and supported.

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and data science methodologies.

+ Comprehensive knowledge of aerospace industry operations, including Services, Aftermarket and MRO processes.

+ Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of driving innovation and change management.

+ Ability to represent GE Aerospace at industry events and conferences.
