    The role of   Digital Content Producer is to support the entirety of the content production lifecycle, from brief through to execution for the CPD Content Factory.   L’Oréal USA is looking for a candidate with strong attention to detail and understanding ecommerce content production. This role will work collaboratively cross-functionally to support the development of on-brand, high performing assets for e-retail as well as support clear project management in the process from brief through to execution. We are looking to deliver a high volume of digital content needs (Paid Media, Paid & Organic Social, cross funnel Digital Video, product & model imagery & visuals, etc.) across our L’Oréal portfolio. This contributor will work across various L’Oréal Brands, Consumer Products Division Content Factory, delivering on a variety of key digital advertising and owned/e-commerce creative deliverables under a Content Factory Creative Director to collaborate with and support our brands.

    What You Will Do:

    + Collaborate cross-departments, including marketing, brand creative, multi-division content factory and teams to develop a variety of best-in-class digital content designs that meet creative and strategic criteria (briefs, feedback, KPIs, etc.) and delivers on measurable business results

    + Understanding of digital file types across photo and video. Ensure naming convention and deliverable specification compliance with our global DAM during the entire lifecycle of content production.

    + Lead product procurement for photoshoot samples including thorough product check-in of production, prototypes, and lab samples to generate clear packing list documentation to brief on-set talent.

    + Demonstrate strong attention to detail during pre-production calls to support opportunities for optimization, deep understanding of shot list and content goals and on-set talent needs.

    + Procurement of all technical artwork from brand creative to support effective product retouching.

    + Lead studio outreach to reserve time at our in-house studios, abiding by the release requirements and ensuring proper calendarization and management of all holds.

    + Brings deep understanding of on-set productions including run of show scheduling, as the role facilitates on-set needs includes annotating takes during video shoots, validating against the shot list, and best-in-class organization of samples for on-set talent use.

    + Operate as brand steward with a deep understanding of each brand’s unique territory, liaising amongst various brand partners and with Content Factory leadership.

    + Support trafficking a high volume of assets across all channels and mediums including but not limited to digital ads, web assets / PDPs, social, adapting designs for best performance based on insights.

    + Support in project management of assets in post-production from cross functional team members from brief through to execution.

    + Bring a developed understanding of post-production process, including retouching, video editing, color correction, and graphic design. Support effective trafficking of feedback, including adding a layer of quality control.

    + Act as a partner to brand stakeholders, ensuring to effectively manage expectations and next steps while partnering with production resources to meet deadlines.

    + Own the file management of individual production folders, archiving all materials including decks, shot Lists, contact sheets, and final asset migration.

    + Lead building of delivery decks to ensure easily viewable asset management and support cross-functional ways of working .

    What We Are Looking For:

    + Bachelor's Degree preferred

    + Basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator

    + 2+ years of professional experience in a creative environment in a graphic design and digital asset development role for social / direct to consumer ecommerce strategies + campaigns - Beauty or a CPG brand a strong plus

    + Passion for supporting post-production of video editing, with an interest in ideating dynamic and creative approaches for short form content is a plus.

    + Experience or exposure to both photo and video production is preferred

    + Passion for beauty, aesthetics and bringing a brand's vision to life

    + Effective team player, anticipating needs in consistent workflow processes

    + Understanding of digital best practices coupled with a strong knowledge of platform/Industry/creative trends

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, under tight deadlines, with strong project and time management skills.

    + Ability to multi-task & express strong prioritization skills while working on several brands daily.

    + Excellent organizational skills, strong communication and ability to manage and teamwork skills.

    + Experience with relevant tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro
