Job Summary:

Are you looking to hone your culinary skills and expertise in a fast paced, large volume resort environment? Are you interested in working and living in Grand Teton National Park? Job Specifications:

+ Starting Wage: $19.00/hr - $22.34/hr

+ If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips

+ Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2025

+ Shift Type: Full Time hours available

+ Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

+ Opening, setting up, running and closing of the line or station assigned, prepare dishes to specification of the chef

+ Training and assisting other line cooks and cook assistants on a day to day basis for prep and other functions in the kitchen

+ The safety and cleanliness of the kitchen

+ Deputizing as Sous Chef on occasion

Job Requirements:

+ Must have 2 year minimum line cooking experience

Preferred:

+ Supervisory experience

+ Knowledge of different stations like grill, garde manger and sauté

+ High volume cooking experience

The expected pay range is $19.00/hr - $22.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
