Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Exempt 55,000 – 65,000 Annually
Job Duties
+ Clean, review, and submit claims for senior living health providers (specifically assisted living and skilled nursing / nursing home providers)
+ Ensure coding and documentation compliance with CMS and payer-specific requirements
+ Track claim statuses and remittances
+ Work denials and follow up with unpaid claims proactively
+ Evaluate insurance operations and identify efficiency improvements
+ Analyze EOBs and post manual payments
Job Requirements:
+ Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management, specifically within a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting.
+ Proficient in SNF billing software (e.g., Point-Click-Care, MatrixCare, or similar).
+ Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, managed care plans, and private insurance billing.
+ Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
