    Residential Roofing Specialist

     

    Compensation: $25-$32 per/hour

     

    Job Type: Full-time, In-person.

    A Residential Roofing Specialist will perform tasks related to roofing, including installation, repair, maintenance, preparation, and cleanup.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Worksite Preparation: Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment. Remove old roofing materials and keep the area clean.

    + Assisting with Installation: Transport, cut, and measure materials. Help lay insulation, underlayment, or waterproof membranes and secure roofing materials.

    + Safety and Compliance: Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines. Wear protective gear and assist in securing materials.

    + Clean-up and Maintenance: Remove debris, clean tools, and perform basic maintenance on equipment and safety gear.

    + General Tasks: Assist with gutter installation, flashing, and sealing. Communicate effectively with the team and be prepared with personal tools. Follow instructions and go above and beyond to help the team.

    Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of Residential roofing experience

    + Expert knowledge of roofing materials and installation for residential projects.

    + In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and building codes for NYC and Long Island.

    + OSHA 30 certification

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Physically able to meet job demands

    + Comfortable working at heights on roofs.
