Customer Service - Confirmations Specialist

Compensation: $17 pr/hr

Job Type: Hybrid, part- time, some week days and 1 weekend day from home. 5pm- 9pm weekdays and 9am-5pm one day per weekend.

A Customer Service - Confirmations Specialist will work on our Confirmations Team along with our sales team to manage calendars, communicate with customers, and confirm appointments to delivering a great customer experience.

Customer Service - Confirmations Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Interact with customers over the phone and written channels

+ Respond to queries related to products and services

+ Handle and resolve complaints in accord with established policies and procedures

+ Any additional duties that are necessary due to the evolving needs of the business

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is a plus.
