The Opportunity: Knowledgeable in setup and operate machine (flexo folder gluer, rotary die cutter). Operator is responsible in productivity, quality and waste. Communicate effectively and in a professional manner verbally and in writing. Strong motivated, good judgment, sense of urgency and team oriented. A team leader for crew in training processes. Follow all processes and procedures in place-along with safety rules and regulations.

How you will impact Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions, a Smurfit WestRock company:

* Set up, operate and monitor machine

* Mount printing and cutting dies to cylinder/shaft

* Mix and adjust ink viscosity

* Responsible for machine output, quality and waste

* Performing quality checks for each order

* Verification of material based on customer requirements prior to running

* Responsible for crew as a team to meet daily goals

* Adhere to production schedule

* Accurately record production data to computer daily

* Perform routine preventative maintenance and housekeeping

* Knowledgeable in troubleshooting machine

What you need to succeed:

* Two or more years\u2019 experience as machine operator

* Packaging or printing experience in Flexo folder gluer, rotary die cutter General fluency in English required, verbal and written

* Computer skills required

* Ability to read tape measure
