Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare systems, is seeking a Board Certified, Fellowship Trained Breast Imaging Radiologist to join the Department of Radiology at Atlantic Health System. The Breast Imager will support the outpatient practice in Wayne, as well as Chilton Medical Center located in Pompton Plains.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in interpreting digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT), breast ultrasound (US) and MRI; along with experience performing breast biopsies with US, stereotactic and MR guidance and mammographic and US guided wire localizations.
The Breast Imaging Physician will have the following core responsibilities
+ Interpreting digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT)
+ Conducting breast ultrasound (US) and MRI
+ Performing breast biopsies with US, stereotactic and MR guidance
+ Mammographic and US guided wire localizations
+ Teaching and participating in research and radiology forums/conferences
Salary Range: $450,000–$600,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives
Chilton Medical Center has been ranked the top mid-sized hospital in NJ for seven years in a row, according to Castle Connolly. The imaging department produces over 130,000 exams per year in CT, MR, pediatrics, IR, US, NM/PET, plain films & Breast imaging.

Required:
1. Bachelor's degree in Medical or related field.
2. A state license and certification to practice medicine.
3. Successful completion of a residency and internship.
Preferred:
1. Knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of illnesses.
