    Join the Ford Performance team! Ford Performance is a small team of dedicated engineers who turn mainstream Ford vehicles into extraordinary performance machines (based in Allen Park, MI at Roush 57). We are seeking an experienced Program Management Analyst, to join Ford Performance (FP) and lead the Next Generation F150 Raptor program.

     

    + Lead Next Gen F150 Raptor Product Planning and overall program delivery

    + ‘New / Major’ scale program with significant Upperbody, Underbody, Powertrain and Feature content

    + Milestone experience from Final Product Definition (FPD) thru OKtB (including )

    + TPV and DCV prototype builds at Roush 9 and NMPDC

    + TT thru OKtB vehicle launch at DTP

    + Your team includes an experienced PM Supervisor, dedicated Studio and Sourcing Program Management Analysts

    What you'll do...

     

    + Develop VPP and program level workplans, track program progress and critical path (all regions)

    + Manage cross Model Year stackcharts, develop and gain GPDS approval of all VPP timing changes

    + Lead / support VO, Engineering and Finance studies for milestones

    + Lead creation and consolidation of milestone papers and conduct pre-milestone reviews with FP Leadership

    + Drive achievement of cost performance and business targets and primary interface to VO, Finance & Marketing

    + Support all program / product direction related forums (CPE DF, VPAT, PST, AAF) to deliver program content

    + Maintain and communicate timing, performance and deliverable status (PST Scorecard, Global Integrator, Optex)

    + Lead Prototype Build process, including vehicle counts, content, part ordering, timing, build and delivery

    + Support TT to MP2 launch phases and provide weekly status updates in PST, Major Matters and Hardrocks

    + Support R202 vehicle attribute drive evaluations of pre-production units

    + Maintain all Launch metrics and ensure flawless production and media launch activities

     

    You'll have...

    Required

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

    + 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Product Planning, PMT and/or D&R

    + Extensive program management experience with GPDS, including thorough understanding of milestone deliverables and working knowledge of process sheets

    + Familiarity with Ford PD systems like WERS, AIMS, PDL inputs (MFAL / part structure including Color & Material), Alert, Open To Go, FEDE, Global Integrator (or Optex)

    + Strong leadership skills with ability to drive a team to resolution with work plans and accountability

    + A Passion for Performance vehicles, have a “can-do/results-driven” attitude and be able to maintain positive / productive working relationships across multiple corporate cultures

    + High degree of self-motivation and willingness to commit extra effort to "get the job done"

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills – candidate must be comfortable in speaking and working with Chief / Director level management

    + Proficiency in Microsoft programs (including PowerPoint, Excel pivot tables)

    + Tier 2 Driver Certification (training available if not already Tier 2)

     

    Even better, you may have...

     

    Desired

     

    + Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration

    + Understanding of finance and business case, or Cycle Plan development

    + Experience with prototype builds as well as launch experience within LQOS framework
