You will be the Global Supply Chain Program Manager Staff for the THAAD Ground Production and Postproduction team\. Our team is responsible for managing project materials related to procurement, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and quality products for our customers\.

As the Global Supply Chain Program Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our global supply chain operations, working closely with the procurement team to drive efficiency and excellence\.

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen\.

• Ability to obtain a US Security clearance\.

• Ability to travel\.

• Ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally

• Procure\-To\-Pay \(P2P\) / Schedule Management\.

• Problem solving skills\.

Desired Skills:

• 4\+ years’ experience in supply chain management, procurement or purchasing Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Critical thinking and problem\-solving skills

• Risk Management and Development of mitigation plans with Suppliers, Supplier Performance Teams and Internal Customers\.

**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
